nipaluna/Hobart artists Tricky Walsh and Matt Warren collaborated to produce 'Radio 23.1' an FM-based radio sound installation work that was informed by 'Numbers Stations', broadcasting from the environs of the Plimsoll Gallery, Hobart via a broadcasting tower in the garden outside.
This work was originally produced for the 'Plimsoll Inquiry' project. Broadcasts could be heard every hour on the hour close to the source on 102.5 FM. This recording collects each individual broadcast produced during the project.
